The best thing you can do to find a missing person is to make contact with friends and family you have in common. That’s something no private investigator can do for you. You already have a rapport with these people and they will give you any information they have.

Just be sure you know what to ask them. Obviously, ask them where the person has gone directly. Some other suggested questions are:-

Do you know if they have a new girlfriend/boyfriend? What’s their name?

When’d you last see them? Month/year?

Do you know anyone else who might know where they are?

If you don’t know the missing person’s age or DOB then ask friends and family for this information.

You’re bound to know someone who will know where the missing person is but doesn’t like you at all. Although these people would probably never give you a straight answer if you talk to them you’re words will almost certainly get passed onto who you’re looking for. Be sure to give them a note of your number just incase, there’s a good chance it’ll be passed on.
